Located just minutes from Mount Snow Ski Resort, we have beautiful vacation rental homes that meet anyone's needs. Our short-term rentals run from two days (min.) to one month, while our long term rentals run the entire ski season in the winter (November through April) and on a monthly basis in the summer. Short Term Rental Cancellation Policy
Deposits and full payments are refundable, if cancellation is received 30 days prior to arrival; less a 10% handling charge. Less than 30 days notice may result in forfeiture of rental amount (taxes, security deposits and service charges will not be withheld) if the home cannot be rented for the same time period as the cancellation. Forfeited funds may be reapplied to another stay (same home) within the given season as the cancellation (in the same year).
