2009 – 2010 Assessment and Service Fees

Not only do our services supply the most “bang for the buck”, your money stays in Chimney Hill and helps to hold service and assessment fees at reasonable levels. A few service notes:

Summer rubbish service will include twice per week (Mondays and Fridays) removal during “Bear Season” (approximately June - September).
- Plowing program rates include one time loader work if necessary. Additional loader work can be requested but will be billed at a rate of $ 75.00 per hour.
- Special plowing requests outside the scope of our normal service will be charged at an additional fee; this will include early hour plowing requests.
- Chimney Hill reserves the right to deny plowing services to owners whose driveways are in poor condition.
- Services are time sensitive and are not pro-rated; services will not begin until payment is received.
- Your prompt payment of services will assure uninterrupted service.
